Getting unstuck doesn't always mean changing your life.
Sometimes it means finally understanding why you are the way you are and
giving yourself permission to move forward anyway.

Let's Get Unstuck—Together

If you've ever felt stuck, heavy with questions, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. I've been there too—hell, let's be real, I am still there in many ways. That's why I created this space. Not as an expert, but as someone choosing to face the hard parts and share the journey honestly. Here, I write about the messy middle of healing—what I've been through, how I'm working through it, and the mindset shifts that are helping me grow. I am looking for guidance, just like you.

Why I Started This Journey

I’ve been feeling stuck. Questioning and searching for my purpose, self-worth, self-esteem and confidence. Unsure of what the next chapter looks like for awhile now.

Somewhere along the way, I lost the connection I had with myself. And in the middle of that chaos, I found coaching podcasts that hit home to me. They made me feel seen.

So I created this space to share my stories, your stories and some segments that helped me the most.

Massive gratitude to the coaches and all creators who put their work out there—it’s changed my life.

I now write about turning pain points into positivity, purpose and power. My stories are real, honest reflections and create a space for healing, connection and growth.

Let’s Get Unstuck is for anyone trying to move forward, heal, grow, or just take a breath.
It's also a place for your stories—your truth, your breakthroughs, your mess.

Together, we’re building a digital space rooted in warmth, honesty, and real-life growth.

Much love,

—Traci

Questions You Might Have

What is Let's Get Unstuck about?
Let's Get Unstuck is an open journal and digital community built around real stories—mine and others'—about moving through painful moments and finding purpose and power on the other side. It's a space for honest storytelling, reflection, and connection, where real voices share what it actually looks like to feel stuck… and to begin working toward something lighter, clearer, and more true.

Through personal essays, shared stories, thoughtful comments, and personal podcasts featuring the writers and voices behind those stories, as well as podcasts from powerful coaches, this platform exists to remind people they're not alone—and that even the smallest step forward matters. Everything here is free, rooted in truth, and offered with the hope that someone reading will feel seen enough to take their first step toward getting unstuck.
Who are the coaches featured here?
The coaches featured here are powerful, widely respected voices who speak to mindset, purpose, wellness, personal growth, and healing. These are people who don't just offer inspiration—they offer language, perspective, and tools for working through trauma, life transitions, and the moments that leave us feeling stuck.

You'll hear from voices like Mel Robbins, Jay Shetty, Dr. Thema Bryant, and others whose work helps people make sense of what they're carrying and begin moving toward a place of clarity, strength, and forward motion. Their insights are shared here because they meet real life where it actually is—and help people take meaningful steps toward getting unstuck. See the full list of coaches →
How do I share my own story?
Your voice matters here. Head to the Share Your Story page to submit a personal story, breakthrough moment, or lesson that helped you move toward getting unstuck. Stories are thoughtfully reviewed to ensure they align with the purpose of this space and may be selected for publication.

To be considered, submissions should be shared with care—flagging any potentially triggering content, avoiding harmful language, and offering the reader a sense of hope or a next step forward. While not every story will be published, each one is read with respect and appreciation for the courage it takes to share.
What can I expect from the weekly newsletter?
Once a week, you'll receive a single story—written by me or someone from this community—sharing a real moment in time when we felt stuck and what helped us begin to move through it. These are honest, personal reflections meant to be read slowly, felt deeply, and carried with you.

No fluff. No forced positivity. Just real voices telling the truth, with the hope that something in the story helps you feel less alone and a little more able to take your next step forward.
